Peacock Products Returns Policy & Procedure

Please, read all detailed steps before returning your merchandise.

1. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused merchandise for a refund (less shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee). *See 9. below for our policy concerning gift certificates and merchandise purchased with gift certificates.

2. Before returning your merchandise, please contact us by phone or email to let us know to expect a return and the reason for the return. Merchandise returned without prior notification may not be accepted for refund.

3. Returns should be postmarked within 10 days of receipt of your merchandise.

4. Include a copy of the original invoice in the return shipment.

5. If possible, ship your return in the original box with original packing materials. If that is not possible, be sure to use a sturdy box that is large enough to hold the return comfortably and use adequate packing material (newspaper, tissue) so that the return will be protected during shipping. Bags damaged due to negligent packing will not be accepted for refund.

6. Returns MUST be shipped via one of the major mail carriers (USPS, UPS FedEx) and MUST have a PACKAGE TRACKING NUMBER. (We use USPS Priority Mail for domestic shipments.) Retain a copy of your package tracking number for reference. Peacock Products is not liable for lost or damaged goods returned using non-trackable shipping.

7. Ship your return to: Peacock Products at 511 Oak Avenue Americus, Georgia 31709-3966. After you've shipped the return, email us with the carrier and package tracking number so we will be able to track the return.

8. We will process your return as soon as we receive it and deem it acceptable. Your final refund (less shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee) will be issued immediately. Just please be aware, your refund will not be processed until we receive your returned merchandise.

9. *Gift certificates are non-refundable. Peacock Products merchandise purchased with a gift certificate can only be returned for store credit.
